My name is Paweł Ladra and I am the founder and the CEO WINDTECH4U.

I have been working in the wind energy industry for over 15 years. My path began as a wind turbine technician and led through dozens of projects in Europe and Africa, tens of thousands of hours of installation practice and then managerial practice in leading international installation companies.

I carried out site manager duties during projects, such as: Pen Y Cymoedd in GB (Siemens-76 WTG x 3.0 MW), Tarfaya in Morocco (Siemens 131 WTG x 2.3 MW), Zuidlop in the Netherlands (Senvion- 36 WTG x 3.0MW) , Barranafaddock in Ireland (GE 12 WTG x 2.85MW), Opalenica in Poland (Nordex 7 WTG x N117) and many others.

At WINDTECH4U, we put safety first. We start and finish the project with these issues so that each technician returns home safely. I have worked as a technician for many 1years, so I know very well how much a strong and well-coordinated team means, a good working atmosphere, and a professional but friendly approach. The organizational culture of the Company is built on respect and responsibility. I expect this from myself and I expect it from others.

I know well the expectations of clients, the procedural and documentation side as well as the complex every day practice on a demanding project. But at WINDTECH4U we understand those expectations and have the resources and knowledge to provide sound  response and tailored solutions.

I participated in the processes of implementing management systems, ISO systems, conducting quality audits and EHS audits in companies and on construction sites. Comprehensive process management enables the achievement of high-quality and timely services provided by WINDTECH 4U.
